CMA rating conversion

5 times a year :
Sept. 25, Nov. 25, Jan. 25, March 25 and May 25

Due to a recent CFC decision to give bonus points (as much as 283 points) to some individuals, we have decided to suspend rating conversion from CFC until we can determine how this effects the CFC system.

Formula
For players with a CFC ratings (1800 and over)
CFC > 2200	Scholastic Rating = CFC Rating
CFC 1800-2200	Scholastic Rating = (2 X CFC) -2200
For players with a FQE ratings (1750 and over)
FQE > 2150	Scholastic Rating = FQE Rating + 50
FQE 1750-2150	Scholastic Rating = (2 X FQE) -2100
