This is the criteria we are using for qualification to this awesome event:

1 - The Canadian Chess Challenge Champions in each grade.

2 - Top 50 youngsters by CMA rating as of the June 1, 2006 rating list. In order to be one of these 50, the person must have played a CMA rated tournament since June 1, 2005. Adjustments do not count as partcipation.

3 - For those who did not qualify, it is still possible. There will be a minimum rating requirement in each grade. Get your rating to that level in the next few weeks and you can play!

4 - Those who have been CMA inactive but have the necessary minimum rating may also take part.

5 - Participate in one of the 3 Superfest Warm-up and score 3.5/5
